Deb is a career coach who has led hundreds of clients to securing their dream jobs. With a wealth of experience in the career coaching field, her passion has been supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and industries to navigate their job searches, optimize their resumes and do the transformational work that leads to career fulfillment. Along with this, her expertise in marketing and networking as a veteran 20-year husband/wife team with Re/Max, 15 of those years in the prestigious Million Dollar Club have had a big impact on her ability to support job seekers in marketing and networking themselves. When she isn’t supporting clients in pursuing their dream jobs, she is pursuing her dreams of travel and spending time in the mountains on the hiking and biking trails or getting in over her head in yet another renovation project. She is the proud mom of 2 kids.
